StrideLinq ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using our service.

We collect:

• Account data: email, stable/barn name, and password (stored securely). Profile data you add (logo, theme, contact details).
• Content you create: horse listings, page content, and media you upload.
• Inquiries and feedback: when someone submits a contact form on your page, we store that submission and associate it with your account. When you submit "Report an issue" or "Suggest improvement," we store that and optional browser/URL info.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar data for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, to send you transactional emails (e.g. signup confirmation, inquiry notifications), to enforce our terms and prevent abuse, and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We use Supabase for authentication and database, and Resend for email. These providers process data on our behalf under their privacy and data processing terms. Inquiry submissions are visible to the stable owner (you) and to us for support. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content while your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain a backup for up to 30 days for recovery and audit, then delete it permanently. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data and logs as needed for security and operations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (encryption, access controls, secure cookies). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the admin dashboard.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use a cookie to remember beta access. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
